Box Styles Available

Regular Slotted Container (RSC)

The RSC can be used for a variety of products and is the most common box style due to its efficient use of board. All flaps have the same length and the two outer flaps meet at the center of the box when folded.

All Flaps Meet (AFM)

Similar to the RSC, but both inside and outside flaps meet in the center to create a flat, even surface on the interior of the box.

Full Overlap Container (FOL)
This style is especially resistant to rough handling. Stacked on its bottom panel, the overlapping flaps provide added cushioning. All flaps have the same length and cover the entire width of the box.  When closed, the outer flaps come within one inch of complete overlap.

Half Slotted Container (HSC)

Similar to the RSC, but without flaps on one side.

Five Panel Folder (FPF)
A single cut and scored piece features a fifth panel used as the closing flap, completely covering a side panel. The closed box has several layers of combined board on each end, providing stacking strength and protection for long articles of small diameter.
Design Style Tray (DST)
A one-piece tray.  DSTs can be used alone or as a lid for another DST or HSC.  Typical applications: shipping heavy flat items, re-usable storage container. Please note: flaps must be taped, glued or stapled. This is not a self-locking design.
One Piece Folder (OPF)
One piece of board is cut so that it provides a flat bottom, with flaps forming the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps meeting to form the top. Common uses are books and printed materials.
  Double Cover Boxes (DC)
This style is frequently used for tall or heavy products that would be difficult to lower into a box. The item is placed on the bottom cover and the shell is lowered over the product. When the number of articles or quantity of products varies, the tube can be cut down to the level of the contents.

Scored Sheets and Dividers (SSD)
When scores are placed in a pad, the pad becomes a scored sheet. Scored sheets are used as void fill and interior structural support, and can be manufactured to fill just about any space.
Flat Pads
Pads are plain shapes of corrugated or solid fiberboard. They can be used to completely cover the bottom or top of the box or to separate layers of product.
